How to Import Users
Learn how to import users into the system by following these simple steps.
1. In the Side Menu, go to the Users category.
2. On the new page that opens, click on the Import tab.
3. If it's needed, download the sample CSV file provided on the page. Open it in Excel and use it as a template to enter user details, such as name, or email. Ensure all necessary information is included and save the file as CSV format.
4. Click the Upload File button and select the CSV file with user details.
5. Map the columns in your file to the corresponding fields in the system. You can assign names to the fields, such as Name, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Address, Address 2, City, State, and Zip.

6. At the bottom of the page, you can add a tag to the users. This allows you to categorize all imported users based on their source or other criteria, making it easier to manage them later.
7. Click the Import button to start the process.
8. Once the import is complete, review the summary to ensure all users were added successfully.
