How to Create a Form
How to create a form for logged in users to complete.
1. Go to the Forms category in the side menu.
2. Select the "Add Form" option.
3. Enter a name and a description for the form.
4. Add a title for each step of the form. In the step section, enter a title for the step and click on the "Add Step" button.
Note: In your webpage, each step will be displayed on a separate page.
5. In the container of the step added, click on the "Add/Edit Fields" button.

6. Add a label for the current field.
7. Choose the type of fields to display in this step. You can select as many field types as needed:
  1. Text: Allows the user to submit information via text.
  2. Date: Allows the user to select a day, month, and year.
  3. Checkbox: Place a checkbox in the form.
  4. Paragraph: Allows you to place a paragraph in the form.
  5. Signature: Allows the user to draw a signature.
  6. Image: Allows the user to send an image picked by you.
  7. Dropdown: Allows the user to choose one of several options from a dropdown menu. You can also allow the user to add text when selecting a specific option.
  8. Radio: Allows the user to choose one of several options using buttons.
  9. Time: Allows the user to choose a time (hour, minute, and period).
  10. Large Text Area: Allows the user to submit information using a larger text field.
8. When you’ve finished adding fields, click on "Save Step".
9. Add as many steps as needed. Once you’ve finished, click on the "Save Form" button
