How to Add a new Ticket Department
A department lets you categorize your tickets to streamline support.
  1. Navigate to Add Department: On the left-hand menu, click on "Tickets" and then select "Add Department."
  2. Name: Enter the name of the new department in the provided field.
  3. Users: Select the users you want to assign to this department by checking the boxes next to their names.
  4. Save: Click the "Save" button to create the department.
