Option #1
The customer can cancel the subscription from their own account.
1. The customer can login to their dashboard and click Your Profile
2. Click on Billing
3. Scroll down and a list of active subscriptions should be on the page. The user can cancel their subscription here.
Option #2
You can cancel the subscription for the user as well as any associated course.
1. Login to your admin dashboard
2. Click on Users --> View Users --> Search for the user and edit it.
3. Scroll Down to their challenges and click Cancel on the challenge you want to cancel
4. Accept the popup and leave the box checked which says "Go to the Billing Page" after canceling the challenge.
5. Press the Cancel button on the billing page itself.
Option #3
You can cancel the subscription and leave any course content alone (if applicable) .
1. Login to your admin dashboard
2. Click on Users --> View Users --> Search for the user and edit it.
3. Scroll Down to the billing area of the user and click View Details of the subscription you would like to cancel.
4. Press the Cancel button on the billing page itself.
Following any of the three steps above should cancel the users subscription.
