1. Login to your admin dashboard and click on Challenges and then View Challenges?
2. Find the course you want to edit and then click the pencil icon to edit it.
3. Click on the tab called Agreement Contract.
4. If you have already created a form then select it otherwise click the button that says Add New Form.
5. Give your form a Name and a Description.
6. Create a step for your form.
Note that if it is a contract you can give it a name like "Customer Agreement"
7. Click on the button Add/Edit Fields.
8. Add all the fields you want in your form and check the Required box if it is required for a user to answer the question. Click Add Field for each field you add.
9. Click Save Step to save the step with all the fields you added.
You can repeat steps 6-9 if you need to add additional steps.
10. Click the Save Form button.
Remember you can save and preview the form at any step so if you aren't sure how something looks just save and preview it and adjust accordingly.
