Community Guidelines and Rules
1. Introduction Post
Your first post MUST be an introduction to who you are as a person.
You may share what you do and what your business is, however, it should not be a post promoting your business for sales, likes, follows, or include a logo or link.
2. Advanced Rule: 2-3 Value Posts for Every 1 Business Post
If you use a lot of FB groups for growing your business and aren't able to really commit to contributing to the group then this rule is for you. You are allowed to make a promotional post on Wednesday ONLY IF you have made a value post in the last 6 days proceeding up to that Wednesday. This means you have from Thursday to Tuesday to create a post that adds value to the women in our group.
Value posts are: Tips from your industry, creating collaborations, shouting out another woman, business growth questions, and educating us on how your industry/expertise is relevant to our needs.
Promotional posts are: Asking for sales, leads, info, clients, attendance to your meet ups, etc or contain a logo or link.
Your post is considered promotion if you are selling, sharing links from external pages, or promoting yourself or business.

4. Give More Than You Take
This is an active and safe community to be nurtured as a woman and a business owner.
If you give more than you take then you will receive way more support and guidance than any other FB group out there.
If you are taking unfair advantage of the group you will be warned and then removed from the group.
5. Maintain Standards as Outlined in this Helpdesk
As the group grows and the amount of daily posts increase it has become necessary to moderate posts that weren't an issue then but need to be addressed now.
Please understand that if we remove your post/comment and the reason isn't black and white, it currently falls under this section.
Please take some time to look over the other rules and do a quick audit of what you have been posting in the group before making another post.
6. Respect Everyone's Privacy, Be Kind and Courteous
Being part of this group requires mutual trust.
Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private.
What's shared in the group should stay in the group.
This is a place for uplifting, supporting and positive content. Lets be kind and empower each other to be the best we can be.
