What Happens When a Users Payment/Subscription Fails
When a users payment/subscription fails you will receive a notification in your dashboard and they will automatically be sent an email.
In the event that a users payment option payment fails we will display a notification inside your admin dashboard and send them an email automatically using the
system-payment-failed tag.
In the vent that a users subscription payment fails we will display a notification inside your admin dashboard and send them an email automatically using the tags System-Charge-Failed-1, System-Charge-Failed-2, System-Charge-Failed-3, System-Charge-Failed-4. Each one will be spaced a few days apart to ensure them time to update their details. After the 4th fail the subscription may automatically be canceled.
You can view your failed payments at anytime by navigating to the Reports section inside of your admin dashboard and clicking on Failed Payments.
