Adding Rules to an Interactive Form
Rules allow you to really go deep on the forms users submit to customize the results.
Start by editing an existing Interactive Form. If you haven't created one you can do so by following this article .
1. Click on the Rules tab of the form.
2. You can select either Question or Scoring
Question allows you to create rules based on how the user answers a question
Scoring allows you to create rules based on the score the user gets
3. To add a question rule select Question and then select a question from your form.

4. Once you've selected a question click on the Answer Rule selection and depending on the question type you selected you will have different options (ex: single select vs text field).
Answer Is will be used for an exact match of the answer
Answer Is Not will be used in the event the user selects something else
Answer Contains will be used in a multi select option where you could say something like if the user selects 2 or more of the options
5. Once you've created your rule, click the Add button.
Note that we haven't actually added a rule yet, we've added a condition and we can add multiple conditions before we add a rule. With multiple conditions you can can say something like If user said they are male and between the age of 24 - 25 THEN add a specific tag.
6. Follow Steps 2-6 until you've added all the conditions you want for a rule.
7. Add/create the tag you want under the Select Action area.
8. Click on Add Rule.
9. You can now submit the form and the rules should be applied upon completion.
