Networking is one of the best ways to grow your business. With 70-100 women to mingle and network with we'll help you find the healthy balance to connecting. Whether you are an introvert or extrovert we promise you'll walk away with 5-10 new Bossminded business besties.
Not only will we have specific speakers to listen to and learn from there will be opportunities to learn from every person in the room. We'll be doing our signature Bossminded Interactive panel where we'll get surprise support from any and all women in the room.

Meet the Boss of Bossminded!
Hey you! Let me cut to the chase because that's exactly what I'm good for. I'm Marci Barker. Life and business coach and Your Loving Kick in the Pants.
Some of my best strengths are fueled by how extroverted I am and my desire to make big things happen. I love bringing people to gether for a shared purpose and intention to take action and that is what Bossminded is all about.
It's lonely at the top so having supportive friends who understand is key. I have that and want that for you too!
I wrote the book The Accountability Code. I have 4 daughters. I was born and raised in Utah and now I'm an southern transplant expanding the Bossminded community.
I hope you'll join me for some loving female support, unwavering commitment to your growth, and ultimately a place where you are safe to be YOU!
What is The Becoming Bossminded Event?
It's a unique full day event designed to empower, connect, and inspire women in business through workshops, networking, and motivational speakers, all in a supportive and fun environment.
Is food included in my ticket price?
Yes! Lunch is included in the price of every ticket. We'll do our best to work with your special dietary needs but If you have special eating needs please consider bringing any specific foods you may need. We strive to have lots of fresh fruits and veggies to enjoy.
Who should attend The Becoming Bossminded Event?
Women who are entrepreneurs or business owners looking to grow their network, gain insights, and find a supportive community. This event was prepared with the women inside of the Bossminded FB group and hope you'll invite your friends to be a part of our private group.
What can I expect to gain from attending?
Attendees will gain valuable insights from industry leaders, opportunities to connect with like-minded women, and the inspiration to take their business and personal growth to the next level. You'll become more Bossminded!
How much does it cost to attend?
Tickets are $149, which includes access to all learning content, some swag, lunch and opportunities for networking. Early bird rates may apply.
Are there any accommodations for out-of-town attendees?
There is an accompanying Becoming Bossminded Retreat for an extra cost. It goes from Jan 31st to Feb 3rd in North Ogden. Space is limited.
What should I bring to the event?
Bring 100 business cards, a notebook, a pen, and an open mind ready to learn and connect. Feel free to bring any personal snacks you may want to enjoy before or after lunch is served.
Is there a dress code for the event?
The dress code is business casual. Feel free to wear what makes you comfortable and ready to network.
How can I become a speaker or contribute to the event?

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made up until December 31, 2024 and may receive a full refund. After January 1, 2025 tickets can be transferred to another woman. Please contact our team for any cancellations or inquiries.
Are there opportunities for networking?
Yes, there will be dedicated networking sessions, interactive activities, and informal opportunities to connect throughout the event. This is the best part!
